CAS 140D – Globally recognized standard high-precision spectrometer
The latest high-end CAS 140D array spectrometer of Instrument Systems is regarded as the benchmark of high-precision spectral light measurement technology with weak light source and high radiance.
This product is based on the proven cross Czerny Turner spectrometer and equipped with a CCD detector with cooling performance, which has the following characteristics
·Highest measurement accuracy and stray light suppression
·Reproducibility and stability
·Very short integration time
The application scope of CAS 140D ranges from the standard instrument of the national calibration laboratory to the 24/7-Dauermetsung in production. A specific quality attribute of Instrument Systems is the calibration traceable to PTB and NIST. All our spectrometers are equipped with this calibration function.
Combined with a wide range of accessories, the spectrometer can be upgraded to an integrated system, which is suitable for various spectral radiation and photometric measurement tasks.
Using stray light correction matrix operation (optional) in the calibration process can further reduce the already excellent stray light value of CAS 140D. Therefore, this measuring instrument is also very suitable for the accurate measurement of UV-LED and the determination of the hazard level (photo biological safety) of LED light source.
